Yes. The initial 20-minute assessment is complimentary and carries no obligation to purchase. If your company is a good fit, we’ll explain the paid implementation and subscription options before you make a commitment.

How much does this cost?

The limited-time Accelerator costs US$249. Assetavo’s subscription is US$15 per property per month. If you continue with Assetavo after the Accelerator, the US$249 you paid will be credited toward your overall Assetavo fee.

Can we start with only a few properties?

Yes. The Accelerator starts with a pilot portfolio of up to 10 properties so your team can evaluate the workflows before expanding across your portfolio.

Do staff need to be technically experienced?

No advanced technical skills are required for normal use. Assetavo includes straightforward inspection forms, a management dashboard, and WhatsApp-accessible assistance for supported tasks. Training is included.

Can we use Assetavo alongside existing systems?

Potentially, depending on your workflows. Integration with third-party systems is not automatically included and would need to be assessed separately.

Can owners receive reports about their villas?

Assetavo supports property inspection records and downloadable reporting. We help establish a practical owner-reporting workflow using available system data. Automated owner portals or distribution features are not included unless specifically agreed.
